  Is believed to have emigrated to Twillingate around 1767. He may be the same James ANSTEY who was noted as a nephew of Andrew MILLER of Poole on 2 April 1767 (re Andrew's will). Andrew also had connections to Newfoundland, at Bonavista. Any information would be very appreciated.
