  Frances and Harry Hallett were operating a senior's residence in Leading Tickles circa 1996. The Valentine created by William Rowsell for his wife Martha Bowers. I was told by Hallett that I was not allowed to photograph the valentine, but since William Rowsell was my gg grandfather, I was determined I was not going to leave that home without pictures.
