James' single sister Martha Tuffin lived with James and Emiline in 1921. Will of James Tuffin from the Newfoundland will books volume 12 page 365 probate year 1923 In re JAMES TUFFIN. DECEASED. I James Tuffin of Little Bay Island Dominion of Nfld do make this my last will and testament. FIRST. It is my will that my just debts be paid out of my estate. I give bequeath and devise all the residue of my estate to Emeline Tuffin my wife to be her's and her heir's forever.
