  Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the A.M. Guy Memorial Hospital, Lloyd Young of Buchans. He was 84 years of age. Mr. Young retired as a miner with ASARCO in Buchans and was a member of Local 5457 Union. He was predeceased by his wife, Violet; parents Arthur and Daisy Young; brother Calvin (Minnie) Young and sister, Ruby Linfield. He leaves to mourn his daughter Karen (John Jr.) Budden; two grandchildren Kayleen and Nathan. Also leaving to mourn are his brothers Warrick (Doreen) Young, Junior (Joan) Young, John (Mary) Anstey; brother-in-law, Don Linfield and a circle of other relatives and friends. Candidates Dwayne and Susan Goulding conducted funeral services at The Salvation Army Citadel, Buchans on Thursday, June 6, 2013 with interment at the Community Cemetery Buchans. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hoskins Funeral Homes, Grand Falls-Windsor. Pallbearers are John Budden Sr., Melvin Hynes, John Budden Jr., Nathan Budden, Steve Mulrooney and Louis White.
