Notes - In letters from Ruby Field to her then fiance Reginald Rowsell, she mentions that her father has a brother Jack who was a captain at one time. This is probably the same person. She goes on to mention that Jack's wife was Auntie Nan who died June 22, 1941 and was buried June 24, 1941.
1921 Census - St John's East Reel 8033 pages 619-670
lists Cyril as an adopted son as well as Florence an adopted daughter.
1913 census had only Florence as adopted.
