WISEMAN, Ian Rupert
WISEMAN, Ian Rupert - 54, passed away peacefully on Christmas Day (2004) after a courageous battle with multiple sclerosis. He will be sorely missed by his beloved daughter, Evelyn Rose; wife, Nancy Robb; mother, Margaret Rose; father, Rupert; sisters, Barbara Neely and Gail Wiseman-Reed. He will also be missed by his dog, Roxy. Born on June 6, 1950, in St. John's, NL, Ian was an award-winning television producer, professor and writer. He wrote several books of humor and non-fiction and, during his early struggle with MS, two collections of poetry. Diagnosed in March 1994, Ian faced his disease with dignity and humor.
