Notes - A small man. Age at death: 66 years.
Had a grandson, Lloyd Rowsell, who states his grandfather was a brother to Mark. He was apparently with Mark when he discovered the bodies from the "Swansea" on Gull Island in 1867. A Benjamin Rowsell listed as a fisherman in Lovell's 1871 Business Directory for Leading Tickles.
