Fifteen years' experience in authoring and producing system documentation, user manuals and
on-line help utilities for customized applications in the fields of communications, marketing,
materiel management, arts, sports administration, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and finance.

Cataloguer and indexer
Five years' experience as a cataloguer, subject analyst and bibliographic centre manager
provided a good grounding in proofreading and attention to detail. Clients included a
university library and the Dept. of National Defence.
